invalided from service w.e.f. 03.05.2016 due to bodily infirmity, V as per the administrative decisions dated 13.06.2023 and 07.07.2023. The same is accepted by the Petitioner. The Respondents shall sanction invalid pension to the Petitioner 2.

w.e.f. 03.05.2016 based on last pay drawn from date of invalidation of services. Needless to say, the pay fixation of the Petitioner shall be as per the applicable rules. The proposal for payment of invalid Pension of the Petitioner 3.

shall be sent by Respondents in 3 weeks to the concerned office/s. Needless to state that the concerned officers in the office of Accountant General shall process and complete the procedure for sanction of the Pension within two weeks on receipt of the same in their office in all respects, including passing of required orders.

The Petitioner shall be entitled for the interest, as per applicable 4.

rules, over arrears of GPF, Gratuity and Pension, from the date of entitlement i.e. 03.05.2016 till actual payment of said dues. No recovery of salary etc., shall be made from the Petitioner or 5.
