Learned advocate appearing for the Respondents/ employer, on instructions of Ms Sucheta Dikshit, states that the appeal presented by the Petitioner to the Appellate Forum raising the challenge to the order in respect of imposition of punishment as well as the representation tendered by the Petitioner objecting to the order of transfer to Khodad/ Narayangaon shall be dealt with and appropriate orders would be passed within a period of three weeks from today. In the meantime the Petitioner shall report at the transferred place, without prejudice to all her rights and contentions raised in the Petition and subject to decision of Appellate Forum.
