Submission is allegation levelled by respondent No.2 against the petitioner is trivial. In the alternative it is submitted that all other employees have given statements in favour of the petitioner. It is also urged that respondent No.2 is used to making false allegations. 2.

Learned APP submits that after completing investigation charge-sheet is already filed.

Investigating Agency has therefore recorded some statements which support respondent No.2.

Admittedly, the petitioner has moved application for discharge. 5.

In this situation, submission made by the petitioner cannot be
