The applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) by an order dated 7th December, 2015 for not removing the office objections within the time prescribed.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the objections could not have been removed for the reasons recorded in 1/2

14-caw705-18.doc the civil application and undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks from today. The reasons recorded in the civil application are accepted. The statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant that all the office objections will be removed within two weeks from today is accepted.

We accordingly pass the following order :- a).

The order dated 7th December, 2015 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) is set aside on the condition that the applicant removes all the office objections within two weeks from today. If all the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the order passed by this Court restoring the writ petition to stand vacated and the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) to stand restored.

b).

The civil application is made absolute in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

c).
