On hearing the learned senior counsel Mr.Rajiv Chavan for the Applicant in Revision Application No.418 of 2018, learned counsel Ms.Archana Khan- for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.4400 of 2018, learned counsel Mr.Hitesh Patel for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.5450 of 2018 and learned counsel Mr.Rajesh Khobragade for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.978 of 2020, when I was unable to be persuaded to reverse the impugned order, refusing discharge, the learned counsel seek withdrawal of the proceedings.
