After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned Judge shall conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. If for no fault of the Applicant the trial does not conclude within six months, the Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Application.
