After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner on the instructions of the Petitioner, who is present in Court states that the Petitioner is ready to make the aggrieved parties as Respondents in Cri. M. A. No. 1551 of 2017.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner on the instructions of the Petitioner, the impugned Order dated 04.10.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Cri. M. A. No. 1551 of 2017 is quashed & set aside and Cri. M. A. No. 1551 of 2017 is restored back to its original file. The

WP 5342-17.doc Petitioner to implead the aggrieved parties as Respondents in Cri. M. A. No. 1551 of 2017. The learned Judge shall, thereafter, proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
