Learned APP on instruction submits that chargesheet is filed against the applicant before the trial Court. In the circumstances, it would be appropriate that the applicant approached the subordinate Court for making fresh application for bail. 2.

In view of above, application stands disposed off with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail before the subordinate Court. In the event such application is preferred by the applicant, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law without being influenced by earlier order of rejection of bail. 3.
