Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks a limited relief that the representation dated 2nd December, 2016 of the Petitioner Society be decided by the Respondent -Pune Municipal Corporation. 2.

We find that the Commencement Certificate of the building in respect of which grievances are made is of the year 1993, and the said building has come up prior to the year 2000. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Keeping the remedies of the Petitioner open, we dismiss the Writ Petition.
