The Petitions were heard and reserved for Judgment. 2.

The Interim Applications are taken out to bring the heirs of the Petitioner on record who passed away on 08.11.2019. The Interim Applications are are allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 3.

The newly added Petitioners shall execute the Agreement with the Court Receiver as was executed by the Original Petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date the amendment is carried out 4.
