This is second Bail Application filed by the applicant/accused. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is an inordinate delay in conducting the trial. He further submits that the charge was framed on 18th June, 2016 and the four witnesses were examined. The last witness was examined on 3rd October,2017. 3.

The learned APP for the respondent/State submits that in all there are ten witnesses.

This is a case of the inordinate delay in conducting the trial. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rajgurunagar, Khed is hereby directed to take up the matter on day to day basis from 8th March, 2018 onwards and the Investigating Officer to produce the witnesses in sequence thereafter. The Superintendent of Police, Pune and also the Jail Superintendent, Yerwada Central Prison are directed to make an arrangement for production of the accused Maruti Ramdas Datir in C.R.No.143 of 2014 in Sessions Case No. 360 of 2014 on all the dates from 8th March, 2018. The trial Court to conclude the matter without fail on or before 30th April, 2018. 5.

With this, Bail Application is disposed of.
