This is an application for bringing L.Rs. of petitioner No.1, since deceased, on record. Petitioner No.1 died on 4.12.2017 and the application is filed on 19.12.2017. 3.

In view thereof, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today. Order accordingly.
