The prayer is for quashing of FIR in Crime No. 30 of 2022 registered with DCB CID Unit 6 punishable u/s. 420, 109, 34 of IPC r/w. 4(a), 5 and 12(a) of the Bombay Prevention of Gambling Act. 2.

Learned APP, on instructions submits that for want of evidence against the present Petitioner, the decision is taken not to file charge-sheet against the present Petitioner. 3.
