The Interim Application is taken out for condonation of delay of 1 year and 214 days in filing the Interim Application. 2.

Mr. Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the Applicants states that, as Review Application was filed and some time was required for disposal of Review Application, there is delay in filing the Second Appeal.

Mr. Khairnar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 1 to 3 strongly opposes the Application. However, sufficient reasons are given in the Application.

For the reasons set out in the Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
