P.C.:- At the outset, Ms. Deshmukh learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No.183 of 2018 registered with Kondhva Police Station, Pune, the police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (9th Court) Pune, on 6th June, 2019.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioner is having substantive alternate remedy by way of either filing of Application for discharge or to contest the said case before the trial Court.

3) Petition is according disposed off, by reserving the said alternate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure in favour of the Petitioner.
