The grievance of the Petitioners is that the Petitioners have a share in the subject property in respect of which the Respondent Nos. 7 to 20 have entered into an agreement. It is the contention of the Petitioners that the amount of compensation of the land acquisition disbursed to the Respondent Nos. 7 to 20 should also be paid to the Petitioners.

That being the ultimate prayer and that the Civil Suit is already filed by the Petitioners where these Respondents are a party, it is open to the Petitioners to seek appropriate orders including that of injunction. Keeping all contentions of the parties open and observing that if any such application is made, it would be decided on its own merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of. M.M. SATHAYE, J.
