After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions seeks liberty to withdraw the application. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The application stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the learned Sessions Judge, Barshi seized with Sessions Case No. 72 of 2017 shall make every endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible within six months from the date of framing of charge.
