This is an application for relaxation of condition as imposed in the order dated 20.12.2018 in Criminal Bail Application No. 1316 of 2018 by which the applicant has been directed to report to the Samata Nagar Police Station once in a month.

The learned counsel for the applicant points out that the chargesheet is filed and the applicant is attending the trial. It is submitted that the applicant is serving and has to take half day leave every time for attendance. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties and the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The condition of attendance in the concerned police station is hereby relaxed, subject to the condition that applicant shall punctually attend the trial.
