P.C.:- This is an Application for modification of condition No. (b) imposed upon the Applicant while releasing him on bail, by an order dated 4th December 2015 in Bail Application No. 1855 of 2015. The said condition reads as under:- "b) After his release from Jail, the applicant shall report to the Khar Police Station Mumbai between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon on every first Monday of the month till the conclusion of the trial."

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, after his release from jail, the Applicant has sincerely complied 1/2

ssm 2 39-appp1188.17.sxw with the said condition. That the Applicant has taken admission in Dr. Rizvi College of Law at Kanpur, State of Uttar Pradesh and therefore, it is difficult for him to attend the concerned police station on every first Monday of the month.

In view of the above and the facts mentioned in the Application, the said condition is hereby relaxed and the Applicant is directed to report to the Khar Police Station, Mumbai on every first Monday of third month i.e. four times in a year between 10 a.m. and

1. p.m. till the completion of trial.
