The Petitioners have challenged the order of transfer dated 14 June 2018. The petition is filed in November 2018 and it is pending. The challenge to the order of transfer does not survive. Another transfer order was issued after some period of time. The Petition is therefore being rendered infructuous. It is open to the Petitioners to challenge the subsequent order of transfer.
