Not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on board. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4233 OF 2018 By this application, it is prayed that the effect and operation of the judgment and decree dated 28th February 2018 passed by the trial Court in favour of the respondent herein be stayed.
By that decree, the present appellant has been directed to pay an amount of Rs.4 lakhs with interest @ 9% per annum. It is submitted that the properties of the present appellant stand attached in the execution proceedings.

508.ca.4233.2018.fast.19327..2018==.doc Considering the nature of the decree as passed, its execution is stayed during pendency of the present proceedings, subject to the appellant depositing an amount of Rs.7,50,000/- in this Court within a period of six weeks from today. For a period of six weeks from today, no further steps be taken to execute the warrant of attachment. However, failure to deposit the said amount within the time granted would render the decree executable. The civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
