This Interim Application is taken out for fixing the date of hearing of the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is of the year 2009. 2.

The Interim Application is filed by the Respondent No.3 on the ground that he is the Senior Citizen of 82 years. However, learned counsel appearing for the Applicant states that during the pendency of the Interim Application, the original Applicant has passed away.
