This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No. 3319 of 2022 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with conditional order dated 18.8.2023.

Vide order dated 18.8.2023, notice was issued to the respondent No.2 and it was directed that the petitioners shall supply spare copies within three weeks to efect the service on the respondent No.2, failing which the petition would stand dismissed.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the spare copies will be supplied within two weeks from today.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Writ Petition No. 3319 of 2022 is restored to the fle.
