This is an application for early hearing on the ground that widow of the deceased appellant is aged about 62 years and she is in need of retirement benefits of her deceased husband. This Court is now dealing with the appeals in which the appellants are undergoing jail sentence imposed on them as per the directions of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Hussain & Anr. v. Union of India1.
