Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered on 31/03/2022 vide C.R. No.147 of 2022 with B.K.C. Police Station.

Learned counsel for the applicant prayed for the release of the applicant on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the applicant invited my attention to the order dated 04/01/2023 passed by this Court in respect of the present 1/2

Darshan Patil 46-aba-3380-23.doc applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 3168 of 2022. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant made an attempt to re-argue the matter on merits while seeking relief for anticipatory bail. Having rejected the earlier anticipatory bail application on merits, I am not inclined to entertain the present application on the basis of similar submissions. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is willing to deposit a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- within two days from today and that the further sum of Rs.20,00,000/-, two months time may be given. However, having rejected the earlier application for anticipatory bail, it is not possible for me to consider the proposal made. 5.
