This is an application for modification of condition no.2 imposed Aarti Palkar 1/2

27&28.APPP.1190&1191.17.doc upon the applicants while releasing them on bail by an Order dated 08.12.2017 by this Court.

It prima-facie appears from the order that this Court after considering the social status of the applicants have imposed the minimum possible bail amount on them. It further appears that the applicants have not taken any serious steps in complying with the said condition. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to modify the said condition imposed upon the applicants by this Court by an Order dated 08.12.2017.

The applications are accordingly rejected.
