P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone-II, Pune City submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C.R. No.300 of 2022 registered with Bundgarden Police Station, Pune City, the Investigating Agency has reached to the conclusion that "C-summary Report" will have to be filed before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction. That, accordingly the concerned Authority has given permission to the Investigating Officer to file it with the concerned Court.

2) A photocopy of letter addressed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone II, Pune City to the Senior Police Inspector, attached to Bundgarden Police Station, Pune dated 21st December, 2023 mentioning the 1/2

3) In view of the above, Petition for quashing of C.R. No.300 of 2022 registered with Bundgarden Police Station, Pune does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
