Learned APP states that almost all the witnesses are examined and only few are remained to be examined in the trial. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that directions may be issued to the trial court for concluding the trial within a period of three months from today. She submitted that, at this stage, she is not pressing this bail application. She seeks liberty to approach this court again, if trial is not concluded within a reasonable period.

Liberty as prayed for is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach this court Nikita Gadgil 1/2

The trial judge shall make efforts to conclude the trial within that period.
