Learned AGP, on instructions from Respondent No. 4, makes a statement that the appeal of the Petitioner will be decided within three months from today.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that next date fixed by the Respondent No. 4 for hearing of the appeal is 22nd June, 2019. The Respondent No. 4 is directed to pre-pone the said date to 8th April, 2019. Parties are directed to appear before the Respondent No. 4 on 8th April, 2019.
