This is an application for extension of facility of furnishing cash security. By order dated 31st October 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.1377 of 2018, the applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks. It is submitted that formalities for furnishing surety in accordance with order dated 22nd October 2018 is in progress and will take some time. Hence, facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 31st October 2018 may be extended by two weeks.

Considering the submissions advanced by the advocate for applicant, the facility of cash security permitted by order dated 31st October 2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.1377 of 2018 is extended by two weeks from today. Criminal Application No.1489 of 2018 is disposed off.
