The consent terms dated 1st March, 2021 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

As per the recitals of the consent terms, an amount of award has finally been settled at Rs.12,00,000/- inclusive of ' No Fault Liability'.

In view of the recitals of the consent terms, the appeal stands disposed of.

6.

An award be passed in terms of the consent terms. 7.

Court fees be refunded as per rules.

8.

Statutory deposit, if any, be transferred to M.A.C.T., Mumbai. 9.

The learned Member, M.A.C.T, Mumbai thereafter shall proceed further, in accordance with law, in respect of the said statutory deposit.

10. In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
