Mr.Patil, learned APP on instructions submitted that Petitioner has now been made accused. That, Petitioner has already filed an application before learned 13th Joint CJJD and JMFC, Vashi, Navi Mumbai for de-freezing of his bank accounts with Axis Bank. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to file appropriate application before learned Magistrate for de-freezing his bank accounts mentioned in the prayer clause of petition.

Leave and liberty granted.
