The Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order of dismissal dated 2nd December 2019.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the order dated 2nd December 2019 dismissing the Civil Revision Application for non-prosecution is recalled and the Civil Revision Application is restored to the file. 4.

Interim Application No.3747 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.

The Civil Revision Application No.795 of 2011 was already on the final hearing board when the same was dismissed for non-prosecution.

The parties are Senior Citizens. Therefore, list the Civil Revision Application in the final hearing board commencing from 5th June 2023. To be shown in the category of "Senior Citizens".
