Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that they are not pressing the First Appeal against Respondent No.4, owner of the offending vehicle because by this First Appeal, they are challenging the quantum only.

Hence, notice may be waived against Respondent No.4.

This Application is for condonation of 181 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 14.12.2016 passed by the MACT Thane in MACP No.170/2012.

Hence, following order is passed:

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

c.

No order as to costs.
