This is an Application for condonation of delay moved by the Applicant.

Heard Ms. Ayodhya Patki h/f. Mr. N. V. Bhutekar, learned counsel for the Applicant - National Insurance Co. Ltd. 3.

The sole respondent remained absent though duly served with notice.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that there is delay of only 45 days in preferring the First Appeal. The Applicant has assigned sufficient reasons for delay in paragraphs 6 to 10 in the Application. He, therefore, urges to condone the delay.

(i) Application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed. (ii) Registry is directed to make scrutiny of Appeal as per procedure and thereafter it be numbered and place the matter before the appropriate Court.
