By consent of the parties, since the defect which is relied on for rejecting the prayer of the petitioner vide impugned order is curable, the order impugned dated 25th October, 2018 passed below Exhibit 8 i.e. application dated 21st December, 2017 is hereby quashed and set aside. Liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file additional affidavit in support of the said application. 3.

The Court below as such is expected to decide the same expeditiously after granting hearing to the respective parties.
