It is reported by the Senior Police Inspector of Malad Police Station that missing person i.e. mother of petitioner as well as respondent No.2 namely Smt.Luzia Carvalho has joined Gaikwad RD 1/2

(19)WPNo.53662017.doc company of her third daughter namely Sunila on 23/08/2018 and thereafter while staying at Aboria village, Post Bagidora, Dist.Banswara, Rajasthan, she passed away on 5th January 2019. In this view of the matter, though the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 is seeking adjournment, we are not inclined to do so. The petition, as such, stands disposed of.

Parties are at liberty to obtain necessary death certificate from the appropriate authority.
