By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 9 days delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 14th August, 2107 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Kalyan in MACP No. 20 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :

ORDER

(A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the present First Appeal."
