The Petitioners have challenged the order dated 26 November 2018 by which the appointment of Respondent No.13 as Administrator on the Respondent- Society was cancelled and Three Member Committee was appointed to act as an Administrator. The Petitioners style themselves as members of the society. The petition was filed in December 2018. Thereafter, it was not circulated for any orders.

None appears for the Petitioner. The board is notified in advance. It appears that the cause raised in this petition does not survive by efflux of time, and that is why none appears. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
