Applicant has challenged the order dated 16th September 2023 passed by District Judge in MPID Case No.2 of 2016. 2.

It is submitted that any order passed by the Special Court under MPID Act can be challenged by preferring appeal u/s.11 of the said Act. Hence Applicant may be permitted to prefer appeal by withdrawing present application.
