At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that, the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 that, the Respondent No.1 will not conduct meeting for appointment of the President of the APMC, Junnar be continued for further four weeks from today so as to enable the Petitioner to test the correctness of this Order before the Hon'ble Apex Court.
