Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant / original Petitioner submitted that Respondent No. 4 to the Petition had expired in the year 2013 much before the present Petition came to be filed in the year 2016. Learned Advocate has mentioned the reasons in paragraph 2 and 3 of the Application about the efforts made by him to trace and obtain the death certificate of the deceased Respondent No.

4. He submitted that Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 along with the daughter of deceased Respondent No. 4 are the legal heirs. Since the daughter Smt. Vimal Sadhanand Kadhav is not a party to the present

11. civil ia 3705-19.doc Writ Petition, he has sought impleadment of her as Respondent No. 4(a).

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayers (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Copy of the amended Petition shall be served on all the Respondents including newly added Respondent.

In view of the above, Interim Application stands disposed of. 4.
