On being confronted with a query as to how this Writ Petition, which primarily alleges infringement of private law rights of the Petitioners, is maintainable, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioners to take any other legal recourse for redressal of LGC

The present Writ Petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
