This civil application is taken out seeking restoration of Civil Application No.73 of 2016, which was dismissed in default as the Applicant's advocate was not present on 26th October 2018 as well as on earlier occasions, namely, on 5th October 2018 and 19th October 2019. 2.

In paragraph 5 of the present civil application, averment is made that name of the advocate representing the Applicant / Petitioner was not displayed on the board on the dates on which the said civil application was placed before the Court and therefore he could not attend the matter. 3.

In the light of above explanation offered by the patilsr 1 / 2

Applicant and in the interest of justice, order dated 26th October 2018 passed in Civil Application No. 73 of 2016 is recalled. The said civil application is restored to the file. Let said civil application be placed before the Court on 20th March 2020.
