Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 18th December,2017 in Writ Petition No.3610 of 2017 on the ground that when the matter was on board on 18th December 2017, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 in this civil application had made a statement that the election of the Sarpanch as well as the Member of the Grampanchayat Supegaon was to be held on 26th December,2017.

A perusal of the order dated 18th December,2017 does not indicate that any such statement was made by the original petitioner (respondent no.1 to this civil application). The said order dated 18th December,2017 was passed by this court after hearing both the parties.

Civil application is thus misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
