The impugned order passed by the learned Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Mumbai which is upheld by the learned

ppn 2 16.wp-930.18.doc Minister (Revenue) has already been implemented and the entry in the revenue record is already made. The remedy of the petitioner would be to file a civil suit by establishing his right in the property in question. 2.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, civil application does not survive and is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
