As against the impugned order, revision under Section 115 of CPC is not maintainable. Therefore, Ld. Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this Civil Revision Application with liberty to institute a fresh petition.

Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw the Civil Revision Mamta Kale

908-CRA-1/19 Application with liberty as aforesaid. This Civil Revision Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The interim order granted earlier in this Civil Revision Application is further extended for a period of four weeks from today since there is issue of demolition of structure and removal of sandalwood tree.
