Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the view that this petition deserves to be disposed of by giving an opportunity to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation along with supporting documents within one week from today in respect to the notice dated 19.12.2017 Exhibit "I" issued by respondent no. 4.

We order accordingly and direct that on receipt of the said representation, respondent no. 4 shall give opportunity of hearing nilegaonkar 1/2
