Heard. The application is filed for quashing FIR bearing CR. No.761 of 2017 registered with Waliv Police Station, District Palghar for the offence punishable under sections 143, 341, 387, 447 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Pending application, investigation in the subject FIR is already over and charge-sheet is filed. In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that the Applicants have alternate and efficacious remedy of approaching the trial Court by way of application for discharge. 3.

In above circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this application and the same is accordingly dismissed. 4.

Needless to state that the Applicants are at liberty to approach the trial Court for discharge. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.
