By this application, the applicants seek restoration of Criminal Application No.358 of 2017, which came to be dismissed for nonprosecution, vide order dated 18th April, 2018. 3.

Perused the application. Admittedly, as spare copies were not supplied by the learned counsel for the Applicants, notice could not be

Delay of 199 days in filing the present Criminal Application for Restoration is condoned. The order dated 18th April, 2018, is recalled and Criminal Application No.358 of 2017, is restored to file. 4.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
